We’re happy to host your four-legged friends in our luxury Jacksonville apartments, with no weight restrictions in place. We even offer an on-site bark park to keep your best pet friends in great shape. We allow cats and dogs in our community, with a maximum of three pets per home and an initial pet deposit of $400 for one pet, $600 for two pets, and $800 for three pets. Monthly pet rent is $25 for one pet, $50 for two pets, and $75 for three pets. The following non-traditional pets are allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, the following restricted dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are not allowed due to liability reasons. Please contact our friendly leasing office for the latest information.
